Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our logistics partner OptiSeeds (Global Web Market SL) located in Valencia, Spain.
 Shipping times are estimates and may vary by destination. Tracking numbers are provided for traceable shipments.
 We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, incorrect address details, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipments are limited to EU destinations where seed possession is legal. Orders to restricted regions may be automatically cancelled.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy governs all return requests.
 To qualify for a refund, products must remain sealed and in their original packaging. Opened or tampered seed packs cannot be returned due to product integrity standards.
 Returns must be authorized prior to dispatch.

All trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and content on OfficialCannabisSeeds.com are the property of Turtle Technologies OÜ or its licensors.
 No material may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
